How Does the Manual Louvre Work?
The manual louvre is operated using both hands for smooth and controlled adjustment. Hold the grip positioned halfway up the handle with one hand to stabilise the mechanism, then use your other hand on the lower grip to rotate the louvres. Turn anticlockwise to open the louvres and allow light in, or rotate clockwise to close them, providing shade and protection as needed.
Ensure you do not over-rotate the handle and note that the louvred roof can be stopped at any angle, giving you complete control over light, airflow, and comfort

During heavier or prolonged rainfall, a small amount of water may enter through the joins. This is completely normal for louvred roof pergolas, which are designed to prioritise ventilation, durability, and year-round performance rather than complete watertight sealing.

How Does the Voice Activation Work?

After switching the system on, please allow approximately 30 seconds for the voice activation to initialise. Choose between two LED light tones to suit your setting: white light for a brighter, contemporary feel, or warm light for a softer, more ambient atmosphere. Just say “Switch on the white light”, “Switch on the warm light” or “Switch off the light” to effortlessly transition your space from day to night.
Do the Privacy Screens go all the Way to the Floor?
Yes, they do. The privacy screens are manually operated, allowing you to simply pull them down to close and push them back up to open, making it easy to adjust privacy, shade, and airflow whenever you need. Please note the privacy screens are not included but can be purchased separately.
