When’s the latest I can order for delivery before Christmas?

To help ensure your items arrive in time for Christmas, we recommend placing orders by 12th December.

Royalcraft x Desser Tables can be ordered up to 17th December, and Side Tables up to 19th December.

Orders placed after these dates will be delivered from 2nd January, once our couriers resume normal service.

What email communications will I receive after placing my order?

We’ll keep you updated every step of the way:

  • Order Confirmation – confirming your order and payment.
  • Dispatch Email – letting you know when your item has left our warehouse.

Tip: Add info@royalcraft.co.uk to your contacts to ensure our updates don’t land in your junk folder.

How many items can I place in one order?

You’re welcome to add as many items as you like to a single order, covered by one delivery charge.

Can I make a bid for an item?

All items are offered at fixed “Buy It Now” prices, so bidding isn’t available.

Can I change my delivery address?

Delivery addresses can only be changed while placing your order. Once submitted, courier arrangements may already be in progress

Can I cancel my order?

If you change your mind within 24 hours of ordering, please contact us and we’ll amend or cancel where possible. After 24 hours, your order may already be in progress. Returns shall incur a collection charge and a 25% restocking fee.

Do you offer finance or payment plans?

Yes — we offer Klarna’s flexible payment options:

  • Pay in 30 Days– receive your items now, pay up to 30 days later.
  • Pay in 3 Instalments– split your purchase into 3 interest-free payments.

Available to UK customers aged 18+, subject to status. Late or missed payments may affect your financial wellbeing.

Do you price match?

We strive to offer competitive pricing. If you find the same item in stock at a lower price from another reputable UK furniture retailer, contact us with the details and we’ll happily take a look.

Do you have a showroom where I can view products?

Yes — you’re welcome to visit our showroom in Oldbury, West Midlands.

Do you sell replacement cushion covers?

We hold limited stock of replacement cushions and covers. Please email info@royalcraft.co.uk or call 0800 014 6214 with your item code.

Do you sell replacement canopies for gazebos?

We may have canopies available for selected models. Contact us with your item code and we’ll check availability.

Do you sell replacement glass for tables?

We don’t currently offer replacement glass panels. A local glazier may be able to help with a custom replacement.

What is Weather Shield fabric?

Weather Shield is a shower-resistant, stain-resistant performance fabric. In light rain, water beads on the surface; in heavy rain, moisture may pass through seams. Simply remove the filling, shake out excess water and allow to dry.

Are the cushion covers machine washable?

We recommend sponge cleaning only. Full care instructions are on the cushion labels.

Do your sets come with a furniture cover?

If a cover is included, it will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

Will my outdoor rattan furniture expand and contract?

Yes — this is completely natural. Rattan expands in warm weather and contracts in cooler temperatures. Avoid reflective objects in direct sunlight to prevent heat damage.

Will my furniture require assembly?

Some items arrive assembled, others require light assembly. This is noted on each product page, and instructions are included.

Do you offer an assembly service?

Not at the moment, but our furniture is designed to be easy to assemble. We’re always happy to assist if you need guidance.

Will the furniture fit through my doorway or gate?

Please check access routes before ordering. Full dimensions are listed on each product page.

Will the colour match the images online?

Colours are represented as accurately as possible, but may vary slightly due to screen settings or natural material variations.

Are your materials responsibly sourced?

We work closely with our suppliers to ensure our materials are durable, long-lasting and responsibly sourced.

Can my outdoor furniture stay outside all year round?

Many pieces are suitable for year-round outdoor use. We recommend using a furniture cover in winter or prolonged wet weather and storing cushions in a dry place.

How can I pay?

We accept Amex, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna finance options.

When will I be charged?

Payment is taken when your order is placed.

Will I receive order confirmation?

Yes — you'll receive an email confirming your order, payment and item details.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery is free across mainland UK (postcode exclusions apply).

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across mainland UK. Unfortunately, we can’t deliver to the Scottish Highlands, Islands or Northern Ireland at this time.

Are there any postcodes you don’t deliver to?

Yes — IV, KW, PA, PH, AB, IM, TR21–25, GY, JE, HS, ZE, PA60–75, KW15–17, PH42–44, KA27–28 and all BT postcodes.

How will my order be delivered?

Smaller items arrive within 3–5 working days. Larger 2-man deliveries typically take 5–7 working days. Delivery may take slightly longer during seasonal peaks.

Can I track my order?

Yes — where tracking is available, the courier will share details once your delivery is booked.

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

We’re unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

What happens if I’m not at home for delivery?

The courier will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery.

My product arrived damaged or faulty — what should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll arrange a replacement or collection. Refunds are issued once the item is returned and assessed.

I’ve received the wrong product — what should I do?

We’re very sorry for the mix-up. Please contact us so we can arrange collection and issue a full refund once the item is returned.

Can I collect my order?

Collection may be possible from our West Midlands head office. Please email us at info@royalcraft.co.uk to check availability.

Part of my order is missing — what should I do?

Please contact us within 72 hours at info@royalcraft.co.uk or 0800 014 6214. We’ll resolve this as quickly as possible.

What is your refund policy?

If you change your mind, simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your item and we’ll be happy to arrange a return. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

How do I return an item?

Please contact us at info@royalcraft.co.uk or 0800 014 6214 to arrange collection. Include your Delivery Note and ensure the item is in its original packaging.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds begin processing as soon as your item reaches our warehouse and is assessed. Most refunds appear within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.

What happens if the item I ordered is out of stock?

If we’re unable to supply your item, we’ll notify you immediately, cancel the order and issue a full refund
