Delivery & Returns 

At Royalcraft, we want every step of your experience with us to feel clear, considered and reassuring. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about delivery, cancellations and returns, along with guidance should anything arrive damaged, incomplete or not quite as expected. 

Delivery 

Our Delivery Partners 

Because our collections vary in size and weight, we work with a trusted network of courier partners who specialise in both 1-man and 2-man home delivery. 

Delivery Timeframes 

  • Smaller items: usually delivered within 3–5 working days 

  • Larger items (2-man delivery): typically 5–7 working days 

During busy seasonal periods and bank holidays, delivery may take a little longer. 

How Delivery Is Arranged 

For items requiring a 2-man service, our courier will contact you by SMS or email within 48 working hours of placing your order. They’ll help you choose a delivery date that suits you. 

Please ensure someone is available on the agreed day to welcome your delivery. Missed deliveries may incur a redelivery charge. 

Delivery Charges 

We offer complimentary standard delivery on all orders. 
If a confirmed delivery date is missed or a delivery is refused on arrival, a return or redelivery charge may apply. 

Keeping You Updated 

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email, followed by courier updates as your parcel leaves our warehouse and again when it’s ready to be delivered. 

Cancelling Your Order 

Because we process orders promptly, cancellations must be made on the same day your order is placed. 

If your order has already been dispatched, we’re unable to stop the delivery, but you are still welcome to return the item under our returns policy. 

Return postage for unwanted items is the responsibility of the customer. 

Returns 

Unwanted (Non-Faulty) Items 

We hope you'll love your purchase, but if you change your mind, you may return your item within 28 days of receiving it. 

If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, please get in touch — where possible, we’ll amend or cancel it free of charge. 
After 24 hours, your order may already be in progress. Returns shall incur a collection charge and a 25% restocking fee.

To arrange a return, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your item. Returned items must be: 

  • Unused 

  • In their original, undamaged packaging 

  • In a resaleable condition 

If the packaging is missing or significantly damaged, we may be unable to arrange a collection or accept the return. 
Please note that any signs of use, wear or damage may affect the refund amount.

Items That Aren’t Quite as Expected 

If something arrives that doesn’t look or feel as described, please contact us at info@royalcraft.co.uk as soon as possible after delivery, and no later than 7 days. 

We may ask for photographs — these are incredibly helpful and allow us to understand exactly what has happened. 

To help us resolve things promptly, please: 

  • Keep hold of the original packaging for at least 30 days 

  • Avoid opening or assembling the item until we’ve assessed the issue 

Depending on the situation, we may arrange a replacement, return or refund. 

Missing or Damaged Parts 

Before assembling your furniture, we recommend checking all parts are present and in good condition. 

If anything is missing or damaged, please email us with: 

  • The product name or code 

  • The part number from the assembly instructions (if available) 

  • A brief description of the issue 

We hold spare parts for many of our designs. If a part isn’t available, we may offer a replacement product or full refund. 

 

Returns We’re Unable to Accept 

To ensure returns are handled fairly, we’re unable to accept items that: 

  • Do not include proof of purchase 

  • Show signs of use (such as used cushions, covers, marks or scratches) 

  • Contain non-replaceable LED components 

  • Have been misused, neglected or not cared for in line with instructions 

  • Have been altered or repaired without our written agreement 

  • Are returned more than 14 days after you’ve notified us of your intention to cancel 

  • Are gift cards 

Return Collection Costs 

Unless your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return postage is the responsibility of the customer. 
If we arrange a collection for you, the cost of this service will be deducted from your refund. 

Refunds are issued once items have been safely received and inspected.
