Due to increased order volumes, delivery may take a little longer than usual . Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 working days , and we will do everything we can to stick to these times but will keep you informed if we expect a delay with your order.

When does your Black Friday sale start and end?

Our Black Friday deals begin on the 1st of November and will end 1st of December, while stocks last. Some offers may be exclusive to specific days, so be sure to check back regularly!

A product I ordered is now cheaper, can I get a partial refund?

During promotions our prices are subject to change, and we are unfortunately unable to offer partial refunds or price adjustments for orders placed prior to a price reduction or promotion.

Are all of your products discounted?

All Royalcraft x Desser products are excluded from the Black Friday sale. Discounts apply only to Royalcraft outdoor products, including dining sets, loungers, parasols, fire pits and storage.
